How to Report Fraud

If you have knowledge or suspicion of fraud committed by an employee of the University, Audit & Advisory Services will investigate and may report it to the proper authorities if necessary.

You can report fraud in multiple ways, including:

• Contacting our office via phone or email
• URCS Hotline
• State Auditor's Office Hotline

Please be prepared to provide the following:

• Your name;
• Your phone number;
• A complete description of the alleged fraud;
• Party or parties involved, if known;
• Dollar amount, if known; and
• Any other information you believe may assist in our investigation.
