Director
As Director, Patrick oversees completion of the annual audit plan and is responsible for the office's quality assurance program.
Prior to joining the University, Patrick served as the Section Director of External Audit and Advisory Services at TxDOT, where he oversaw compliance audits of external organizations and provided advisory work for internal stakeholders. Previously, Patrick served as an Audit Manager with Texas Tech University System, where he focused on research and healthcare-related audits.
Patrick is a Certified Internal Auditor and a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Finance.
